Coaching to Help You Start or Run Your Group

Whether you're putting together your first mastermind group, or launching your 20th one, it's helpful to have support during the process.

I've been creating and running groups since 1994, and I can help you with:

• starting your group
• marketing your group to get new members
• dealing with problem members or other group challenges
• learning new mastermind group facilitation skills.

I offer two coaching programs for private, one-on-one sessions:

• 60-day Mastermind Facilitator Program: When you need to brainstorm many aspects of your group, this program is perfect for you. We talk 6 times via phone or Skype (45 minutes each session), and you also get access to me for unlimited emails between phone calls. I support you fully over the entire 60-day period to help make your group a success. Fee: $1,595
• 2 hour Facilitator Coaching Intensive: Sometimes you have a specific goal you want to achieve or a set of problems you want to solve, or you need a review of your marketing materials/process. The 2-hour phone or Skype conversation allows you to quickly get through your checklist of items to discuss, including coming up with an action plan that you can then implement on your own. Fee: $745
