Have a Mastermind Group Success Story to Share?

Two Women Masterminding Together

Every month I hear wonderful stories from people about how mastermind groups have changed their life or business. I'm gathering these stories and publishing them on The Success Alliance website so that others can be inspired by your success.

Tell Your Story

Do you have a "Mastermind Group Success Story" to share, either as a mastermind group member or as a group facilitator? Here are some questions that may help spark your story-telling:

  • What motivated you to reach your highest potential?
  • How did your mastermind group help you overcome a stuck place or a rough patch?
  • What changed in your life because of your participation in a mastermind group?

The best success stories have a beginning, a middle and an end. Start off by telling us why you joined or started a mastermind group. Tell us about the dream, the challenge, the decision that you had in front of you. Then tell us how your mastermind group made a difference.

Finally, tell your story from the heart. How did you feel while working on your dream or challenge with your mastermind group? How did the group support, encourage, and brainstorm with you?

Help inspire others with your mastermind group success story!

Story Guidelines:

  1. Stories should be 300-500 words in length. That's about one typewritten page.
  2. Give your story a title.
  3. Stories should be submitted either in plain text or Microsoft Word format.
  4. Submit your story to office@thesuccessalliance.com

    2. The name of your mastermind group, if your group has a name
    3. Your email address (this will be kept private and not shared with others)
    4. If your group is looking for new members, please let us know
    5. When submitting your story via email, please include a .jpg or .tif photo of yourself.

I'm looking forward to hearing your story!

Encouragement, Support, Brainstorming…

Pamela Wilson

As a solo practitioner, I find it invaluable to have other professionals who know my WHOLE story (personal and professional) with whom I can share my business plans. I have no one here to bounce my ideas off of, and having access to everyone's support any time I need it is wonderful.

I think our mastermind group is special because it is virtual. Because we communicate by email and phone calls, there is an element of anonymity. I know a lot has been written about how people abuse the anonymity that the Internet offers, but in this case I think it allows us to reveal more about what's going on in our businesses and lives in an environment that feels safe. That level of communication leads to a feeling of support and friendship that is quite genuine, despite the distances between us.

The group has helped me to envision a business that takes full advantage of opportunities that exist, without limiting myself to my own perception of my capabilities. The overall spirit of this group seems to be "You Go Girl!" and that is exactly the kind of encouragement I need to grow my business and think about it in ways that don't always occur to me.
