I share my reliable project plan to galvanize and focus your actions between now and January, so you can create a solid foundation, knowing you’ve made all the right decisions.
Please note that this is not a class about marketing and filling your group. It’s all about making the 12 big design decisions before you can begin marketing. We discuss the pros/cons of each option so you can create a strong, thriving mastermind group for your members.
