Some topics to be discussed will include how to create fertile garden for your budding confidence, how to eliminate doubts and fears, four ways to deeply increase your confidence, what exactly is holding you back, how to harnest emotional energy to increase confidence, how to tap into your inner strength to stretch yourself out of your comfort zone, and much more!
